Candice Hoz

Hello, I’m Candice Hoz, the founder of Learning Made Eazy. I am a learning experience designer, facilitator, and leadership development strategist dedicated to creating learning that is meaningful, modern, and deeply human.

With nearly 30 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, and sales training, I’ve spent my career developing people—helping individuals and teams grow in confidence, capability, and connection. My professional background gives me a grounded understanding of how people learn, what drives real behavior change, and how to design experiences that truly support performance.

I recently earned my Master of Science in Learning Design & Technology, with a focus on building accessible learning ecosystems, driving digital learning innovation, and creating engaging, research-informed learning experiences. I am also a certified Fierce Conversations® Facilitator and an accredited iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner, blending communication science and human behavior into every learning moment.

My design approach combines learning science, storytelling, and emotional intelligence. I believe great learning transfers knowledge and builds capability, strengthens self-awareness, and inspires courageous action.

I help people understand themselves more deeply, communicate with greater courage, and lead more authentically in work and in life. I believe learning should be human-centered, purposeful, and accessible to everyone, and I design thoughtful, research-informed learning experiences that make that kind of transformation possible.
