I designed this infographic to be a quick reference guide that refreshes users' memory to generate the Gap report within Salesforce. It offers a visual, step-by-step process to help both experienced users and new representatives efficiently complete this task. There is a QR code that takes learners to a video should they need more support. I created this infographic with on-the-job training and onboarding in mind, the resource supports Area Sales Managers with new and existing team members.

This performance support tool was created to act as a just-in-time memory aid for learners. It's a step-by-step visual guide that presents information in the exact order needed to complete the task: running the Gap Report in Salesforce. This visual format uses pictures and numbered steps to help learners remember the sequence to generate the report successfully. It also has a QR code that links to a video of the process should the learner need more support.
