K-Sync9 Enneagram Coaching Chatbot

Overview

K-Sync9 is a custom AI-powered leadership support tool designed to provide real-time coaching guidance, Enneagram-informed insights, and communication support for managers and emerging leaders. The chatbot simulates a leadership coach by offering prompts, feedback, and conversation strategies tailored to workplace scenarios.

Purpose & Audience

Created for leaders and learners in the Kao Salon Division who are developing coaching capabilities, emotional intelligence, and performance-focused communication skills. The tool supports real-time learning in the flow of work, reinforcing leadership concepts from internal training programs, Fierce Conversations®, and Enneagram frameworks.

Process / ID Thinking

I developed a conversational design framework aligned to leadership competencies, coaching principles, and Enneagram applications. The build process included:

• Identifying key leadership communication scenarios and emotional intelligence use cases

• Mapping Enneagram-based development prompts and conversational guidance

• Developing prompt-engineered logic to mirror authentic coaching dialogue

• Training the assistant voice, tone, and level of support to feel consistent, supportive, and human-centered •Iterative testing to refine prompts, relevance, tone, and applied value​
