This microlearning course, delivered through 7Taps, introduces leaders to the Enneagram stretch-and-release lines as a tool for development and coaching. The artifact contains interactive learning cards, reflection prompts, and scenario-based applications.

Designed for leaders within the Kao Salon Division, this resource supports emotional-intelligence-based leadership development. The micro-course equips managers with a practical and accessible way to understand and apply Enneagram growth pathways in daily leadership conversations.

Process / ID Thinking
I followed a rapid microlearning design approach rooted in adult learning theory and multimedia learning principles. After identifying learning outcomes, I storyboarded content, crafted reflection-based interactions, and applied a performance-based structure for practical transfer. I prioritized concise language, mobile-optimized visuals, and real-world workplace scenarios.
